Highly recommend Amigos! The owner was super friendly and did a fabulous job pouring a slab at our business in West Olympia. Here’s a shot of the owner helping our kids put their hand prints in wet concrete. Hands down the best experience working with a concrete contractor!

We needed the concrete basement floor of our 100 year old home smoothed before laying vinyl plank flooring. I’m glad I ran into Raul in the concrete store. He was so nice and gave me lots of tips to fix it myself, but I knew I needed an expert. Raul came to my home to have a look. The floor was very uneven, but we couldn’t simply pour self-leveling material because one side of the room was about an inch lower than the other. If it was leveled, there would be a step down into the laundry room. Raul’s solution was to mix self-leveling cement thicker than normal and hand trowel multiple pours smooth, but not level. Over the course of 4 hours, did a masterful job! His customer service is top notch and his price was lower than expected. I highly recommend him.

We hired Raul and his crew based on the reviews here and the fact he answered the phone every time. He came to look at our job the same day, gave a very reasonable estimate and was able to start in less than a week. He and his crew were on time, hard workers, and nice guys to boot. The job they did was excellent, smooth and level. I would hire them again and I recommend their work.

I had Amigo's Concrete expand my back concrete patio. They showed up when they said they would, and did an excellent job. The job they did is much better then the work that was done on the original patio. I highly recommend Raul and his crew.

Had Raul come out from Amigo's to get a quote on extending our aggregate back patio from 64 sqft to 360 sqft. Raul came out did the measuring and gave us a very competitive bis compared to a few other companies in the area. They had to do some dig out and forming as well. Had the whole projext competed in less than a day. Didn't have to move any of my fence! Amazing work and will definitely recommend and use them again!!!

Amigos was Awesome! I had them install a 30' x 12' patio and a walkway in my backyard. I even had a couple of extras that I needed and they easily accommodated.

Raul is great, professional, accommodating, well priced, and does great work!

Great company. Everyone told me two months. Raul the owner came right away. The longest I had to wait was a week. Because the cement company had no openings to pour. I poured 10 yards and so impressed a week later we poured 22 yards, and today poured another ten yards. The workers come on time and take no short cuts.

This crew works as a team and do great work.

Service questions
1. Should I stay home during roof replacement?

It's not necessary to stay home during roof replacement. Roofing work is noisy and can cause vibrations inside the house, which might be uncomfortable. Most homeowners choose to leave during major parts of the project, but our team ensures safety and keeps you updated, whether you're home or not.

2. How long does roof replacement take?
+-

The timeline for a roof replacement typically ranges from one to three days, depending on the size and complexity of the roof, weather conditions, and material type. Larger or more intricate roofs may take a bit longer, but we always aim for efficient, timely completion.

3. How to hire a roofing contractor?
+-

To hire a roofing contractor, start by researching local companies with good reviews and proper licensing. Request quotes from multiple contractors, verify their insurance and certifications, and ask for references. Always ensure you get a written contract that outlines the scope of work, timeline, and payment terms.

4. How to check if a roofing company is legit?
+-

Check if a roofing company is legit by verifying their business license, insurance, and local certifications. Look for memberships in professional associations, read customer reviews, and ask for recent project references. A legitimate company will be transparent and provide all documentation upon request.

5. How to choose a roofing company?
+-

When choosing a roofing company, consider their experience, customer reviews, warranty offerings, and quality of materials. Make sure they provide clear communication, detailed estimates, and a solid portfolio of completed projects. Local expertise is also a major advantage for understanding regional roofing needs.

6. How do you know if your roofing contractor is ripping you off?
+-

Warning signs that your roofing contractor might be ripping you off include vague contracts, pressure to pay large upfront deposits, lack of proper documentation, and unexplained price increases. Always ask for itemized estimates and written guarantees, and avoid contractors who avoid answering your questions directly.
