American Restorations LLC recently installed an attic fan for us, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the start, they took the time to clearly explain the installation process and helped us choose the right size fan for our needs. The team was prompt, professional, and completed the installation — including the electrical work — even faster than we expected. Everyone we interacted with was knowledgeable, friendly, and patient in answering all of our questions. We highly recommend them!

Had evidence of a potential skylight leak. Brought in 4 contractors to diagnose the issue and provide a quote to fix it. American Restorations was clearly the company that knew the most about skylight issues and how to resolve them for the long term (without needing to buy new ones). They completed the work timely on all 3 of my skylights and interior restoration, great communication, and did quality work. They provided pictures as they performed the scope and went above and beyond to make sure it was done correctly and that everything was cleaned up at the end. The price was good too. 10/10 would recommend and will continue to use them for my roofing needs.
