If you are looking for a siding and roofing company this is the company you need to use. Very attentive and the keeps you informed of the project all the way through. The crew is extremely kind and clean as well as very thorough in their work. The companies business model is outstanding ,I can’t say enough about Christian the owner. He visited my house during the project and after and made sure everything was up to my expectations. Also the price they gave me was more than fair. I highly recommend using this company for siding , roofing, gutters and windows. Great experience. The whole team was amazing and Jessica the project coordinator was awesome!!!!! American Quality was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. The explanation of the various products, my options, and how a roof is replaced and installed was thorough and the Rep even brought samples. I felt very knowledgeable at the end of the consultation and confident in my decisions. AQ worked with my schedule, and I was notified days in advance that the start date had to be changed due to weather concerns. I knew exactly when the supplies and dumpster were to be delivered giving me time to plan for street parking. It took only a day and a half to replace the roof and install the new gutters. Once completed, they performed a thorough sweep of the property, and all materials/debris were removed. The workers were courteous, answered all my questions, and were very helpful. I love the look of the roof and I know it is installed well. I would highly recommend American Quality to anyone looking for a reliable and professional roofing company.

We recently just bought a house and decided to replace the roof. They came out the next day and gave us a quote and started to process two days later manager came out and talk to me about the siding. I knew the siding was gonna have to get replaced, but didn’t know it was as bad as it was when you showed me a few different spots in How rotten and cracked it was. The workers were very fast on completing the roof and 2 to 3 day process of doing the siding I am very happy with how it came out and how fast they were able to work on our home our house looks completely different and They did an amazing job and would recommend them.

American quality is top notch !! Christian and his team were unbelievably professional. Financing was made available, which helped me able to fix my roof during the holidays . The workmanship of this company is amazing they showed up at the time they said they would and finished when they said they would . Very clean and left my house better looking than I started with . Even though they finished installing fast the siding of my house, I have to give them 1 star for 2 simple reasons:
1. I have a big concern about the quality of the installation.
2. The customer service is just terrible, and the quick response for an issue that I have in regard to the installation was "will do," and that was a week ago and I am still waiting for them to come.
It has been a week since I sent them 2 emails because a part of the material came off due to the weather, I sent one email to the company and other to the person that I sign the contract for the job, Christian Garcia, and at this point NOBODY has reached out to me, the only response that I have from them it was via text message from an unknown number only saying "we'll do"
Well, that interaction and the work have made me think that not all the work done fast is always the best quality, right ... American "Quality"?
I have attached the same picture that I sent them so you can see why I am concerned, because now I don't know if the rest of the work is well done

We are very thrilled we chose American Quality - Christian - to do our roof. He had previously done our siding and did a beautiful job as well. He is professional in his manner yet patient and kind. He took as much time as we needed to allow us to choose the right color roof and brought many samples to help. He came prepared to show us the roofing system that we would get. He also cares to make sure the job he does is done correctly - and that meant a lot. His roofing team was wonderful and they really do a great job. We would highly recommend Christian and American Quality for roofing and siding - 100%!

Christian is wonderful. His staff was very polite and professional. Their work was excellent. They completed my roof in one day. Christian worked with me and helped on everything. Jessica in the office was also wonderful and very professional. When they left everything was clean. The next day the gutter person came and he was also excellent. He cleaned my driveway because he saw some nails where the dumpster was and didn’t want my car to get a flat tire. I highly recommend this company!

Siding turned out a more complex project than I had anticipated. After talking to a handful of companies, I liked Karl from American Quality who gave me a range of choices with quotes and a comprehensive description of the work.

The project started on time. During the construction, Christian (owner) was able to answer many of my questions through text, Walter (site manager) was tremendously helpful, and the 3 workers worked solid hours for 2 weeks. In addition to siding, I also had sliding doors and the columns on the front porch replaced. Walter was particularly patient when the project was close to the end, e.g. he redid the inside trimming of the sliding doors and tried his best to figure out what went wrong when some of my lights couldn't be turned out.

I really like how the house has turned out -- the color and wider reveal of the siding give an up-to-date feel of the house, which practically looks like a new construction. Great job from American Quality!

American Quality replaced my entire roof with HDZ timberline GAF shingles. They did a terrific job from beginning to end. They were on time, left the place as they found it and were very responsive. Can't go wrong with them.

American Quality removed and replace our existing roof, including the sheathing, and removed a chimney. The quality of the work on the roof is excellent. I would like them to have been more careful with the debris.

Cristian and his team were amazing. We installed all new windows, front door and French door, siding, roof and gutters. They super professional and informative throughout the whole project. American Quality replaced my roof in last month and I couldn't be more happier! Christian Garcia and Bill Percy answered any questions and resolved any issues regarding the work being done. The customer service was great and felt great knowing I could get an answer back sometimes in seconds! They put me at ease while this big job was going assuring me, yes its messy work BUT when it was done my home was left spotless, and they even addressed some some concerns after! I had a very unique situation. My home and my neighbors home were built too close together. Because of my neighbor's neglect of cleaning his gutters, they became clogged with dirt and vegetation. Water that came off his pitched roof laid up against my house and caused severe damage to the side of my home. There was limited space to work in and I was unsure if I would find someone who could do the job. Luckily, I found Christian and his company. Christian is obviously very experienced and knowledgable and nothing short of a miracle worker. He and his crew are top notch, and I am so grateful to each and every one of his hard working crew. They removed all of the shingles that were falling off, removed and replace the rotted wood, insulated and just about rebuilt that side. Then they sided it and it looks brand new. We will recommend American Quality to Everyone! We had our roof replaced and it was a sense of urgency because our roof was at least 20 years old and it was leaking into a couple of rooms! We obtained several estimates and AQH was the most reasonable. The AQH crew were :
On-time, experienced, courteous, thorough and hard-working!! We had several asks and they were addressed and taken care of: add a cricket, add a chimney cap and remove an antenna. We also have flex ductwork in our attic that needed to be detached during the roof repair and reattached once the roof was installed and they took care of the pre and post work as well as the outside cleanup! Very thorough as well as the removal of all debris!!! We had a ceiling replaced in the bath and very pleased with the employees, the quality of work and all pre and post cleanup! From top to bottom, our siding and roofing product was performed by an extraordinary group, from Christian Garcia to all the workers. The work was quiet, accurate and was very clean.

My house needed extensive work, I got about 6 estimates including American Quality. They were not the least expensive but they also were NOT the most expensive. After careful comparison, they were doing the MOST for the money, and after meeting Christian and Bill, I had a very good feeling about working with them.

The crew of men that worked on my roof were amazing. Always showed up early and worked much later than I’d have imagined. Hardest working crew I have ever employed. They were friendly, professional, cleaned meticulously at the end of each work day.

Job included removing all the 50 year old aluminum siding and replacing it with Vinyl. Christian arranged everything and the crew showed up on time and worked almost continuously until it was completed. I didn't expect them to do all that they did, so I was very happy with the quality of the job and the professional appearance when it was completed.
