We ran across American Pride Builders at the worst contractor/construction point of our lives. We were untangling ourselves from a predatory contractor who had demo’d parts of the house that the contract we signed covered but hadn’t done any renovating. Emmanuel Nila and his American Pride company came in and built us the kitchen and common living area exactly like we envisioned. There was no fuss, no hassles, and their employees and subs all seemed to be craftsmen in their respective fields. The finish work is beautiful. Even with our many change orders and additions, we were accommodated without a single sneer or sigh. 5 stars in every aspect of a high-stress remodel. And not once was there an undeserved criticism of the previous contractors; the takeaway on that is: professionalism!

American pride builders recently helped me build a storage garage in my property. His workers were very professional and his prices were very reasonable compared to other contractors.

Emmanuel and his team done a great job remodeling our garage, front porch, roof repair and wood replacement due to termites damaged. Pricing very competitive. They are very friendly and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend Emmanuel’s Company!

Asked him if he can install 2 custom sliding barn doors . One a standard size door with a door knob , the second door if he can make 8 feet tall. He said it’s better we get the parts I said I don’t want to get the wrong measurements I think it’s better you get the parts . He said ok sure but we would have to go to the home to get measurements and we charge a $150 dollar consultation fee. I said sure that’s fine, come over get measurements and with those measurements get me a quote . His workers came to get measurements , I gave them the $150 consultation fee, and the owner Carlos never gave me a quote . I followed up with him 4-5 times over 3 weeks and he kept saying he was out of town . Carlos took my $150 consultation fee and never provided any estimate for the job in my home even though I paid for that . They pretty much robbed me

Emmanuel and his workers helped me and my family build an additional house to our property after refinancing. This was our first time doing construction on our property and Emmanuel guided us through the whole process. Workers were very professional and we were very satisfied with the entire project. My mom loved the kitchen for the new back house so much that she then hired them to remodel our main house. Very satisfied with both projects.

We a very thankful with Emmanuel and his team from American Pride. During our consultation, Emmanuel was very attentive to our concerns, needs and budget. He made sure that the major repairs our new home needed would be taken care of, always keeping in mind our budget. My family and I stayed in our home during the remodel; we have no regrets. Emmanuel’s team were very considerate, polite and professional. They also made sure our home was safe for our 4 and 6 year old. They made sure that we were kept in the loop during the process of our remodel and were always attentive if we had any questions or concerns during the process. We hope to continue working with them in the near future for the completion of our home remodel. We highly recommend them; they are professional and the quality of work is exceptional.

The entire team was professional, neat and very responsive to questions, adds and wants. They made sure we were satisfied with the work and were more than happy to make changes when they were suggested. Not once did we feel like we were being screwed like other contractors have done in the past. These guys are honest and will give you great value for your buck.

We received multiple quotes and decided on American Pride because Emmanuel was knowledgeable and pleasant, and his quote was reasonable. We were very pleased with the quality workmanship, honesty and punctuality; everyone knew what they were doing and worked hard. We’ve used other contractors, but this one was the best.

The owner is top notch when it comes to answering questions and also with communication. They are very professional and keep your financial and building goals to give you the best product. They know the building industry and could advise in areas we wanted to save money and direct in those areas we wanted something specific.

American Pride Builders did a complete makeover in my master bath. They exceeded my expectations . The professionalism in their work, cleanliness , and manner was consistent with all team members . I was kept well informed of updates or changes . The job was complete by the day promised ! In Addition, I have a son with autism and worry when I have construction material and tools in the home , he is curious and has a fast hand . This could have been a safety concern , however , American Builders contained their work area , minimized clutter/mess , and reduced the amount of time they needed to intrude in our everyday family life and living space. I highly recommend this team for a professional experience with amazing results !

Emmanuel and his team do excellent work. We loved their attention to detail and finish work, which was meticulous. They were always responsive to our questions and scheduling, and super friendly. Everything was on budget even when there were surprises along the way. We thought they did such an amazing job on our kitchen reno that we hired them 18 months later for a large master bathroom/en-suite renovation. We recommend them highly. Five stars!

We hired American Pride Builders to replace our 20-year-old hillside deck. Emmanuel, the owner, provided us with an estimate. He described the process and took the time to respond to questions. He also suggested which type of wood should be used for protection against dry rot and termites. The crew was professional and diligent. We also liked the fact that they spent time on prep work. Eric, the project manager, often came to check on the project and helped out at times. We appreciate that they cleaned up the debris and put things away every day before they left. We are pleased with the new deck and have asked them to work on two other small projects.

We have had a lot of construction done on our house throughout the years. This is the first time everything went perfectly. This was to remodel one of our bathrooms. Emmanuel was very professional, easy to talk to, and always on time. Everything was done as he promised. The work was done by Ricardo. He was very skilled, patient, meticulous, and neat. We were very impressed by his hard work and dedication to providing high quality service.

Very professional and respectful. Manuel was absolutely the best. Great experience on our first major remodeling we love our new master bathroom and tile shower! We will definitely call again for any future remodeling!

American pride has the right name. They take pride in all their work. The bathroom that they did for my 93 year old father is beautiful and they made sure it was safe for his use. To even having an extra hand held next to the bench where he sits. Emanuel even took us to the tile store to assist us in the purchase of the tile. He even had my father sit in the shower to make sure the safety bars were correct for him.
We also had a 1960’s red brick fireplace refaced it is just beautiful, Eric did a amazing job on creating the look I wanted.
We had a lot of work done from new electrical to the entire interior of the house painted the work is outstanding. They took the time and totally prepped a room before painting. Outstanding paint job.
When our exterior of the house was painted we were amazed how pretty the house looked after. Even had a paramedic (here for my dad he’s fine) say those eves are beautiful.
Any of the craftsmen and I have to call them craftsmen that have worked on out home have been courteous and always taken our comfort into consideration during our remodel.
I recommend American Pride Builders for any work you need on your home.

Emmanuel's crew completed work for me on two separate occasions. Both were home exterior paint projects, which included repairing and replacing damaged wood on windows, doors and on one of the homes, patio cover repair. His work crew was very polite, respectful and I appreciated how they cleaned up at the end of each day. They were meticulous at prepping for each phase of the project, ensuring no shortcuts were taken. Eddie does great work and repaired damaged wood to make them look new again. His attention to detail is excellent! We are happy with the finished product and will hire them again for future projects.

I am a senior and a widow. I am very conscious of whom I let into my home and whom I do business with. I am happy to say that the people working at American Pride Builders Co were professional and respectful of my needs. They even changed a light bulb in a place I couldn't reach, that shows you how nice and courteous they are. The work they did was done exactly as I wanted and cleaned up afterwards. They took safety precautions, were always on time and finished the work in a timely manner. Not only did they do a great job, they were affordable and accommodated my request. A job well done. I will certainly be doing business with them again.
