The Quality of work was unreal. The price was out of this world. It’s a great company I recommend highly on time cleaned up like they were never there even used a colored shingle to make my house look 100 % better had a big storm come the next week and had no issues with roof..they can beat anybody’s price Don and his crew are my only Choice for roofing and gutters

I have called, and I have left messages for someone to call me back about the work that they performed for me and I have also been given the daughter's phone number the president of the company to get her Dad Don to call me back, and he will not RESPOND OR RETURN MY CALL, So I just don't understand why, They got paid for the work they did, But I just don't understand what is going on with this company, I guess they are slowly going out of business,

We had a tree fall on our warehouse Friday. He was very quick to answer and get over to take a look a the damage. We just needed a temporary patch/ tarp to keep water from getting in our warehouse. He came and cleared the debris but told me that it was not worth tarping. After speaking with him some more he agreed to go put a piece of metal up on the roof to hopefully help keep some water out. Monday morning, my warehouse guy comes and says water is just pouring in from the rain and that the wall and insulation are now completely ruined. A-O had NOT been to put the metal up and we now have more damage than we initially had. We have had to call another company to come and they did tarp the area which did seem to help with the rain we got last night. Would not recommend this company for storm damage and honestly after this experience would not trust him on his word.

Gutter not working as designed. Took forever to get warranty response to home. They claimed that no one was home on previous occasions, but I have a camera doorbell, and they never showed. It took multiple calls to finally get a response at 7pm. I am not confident warrenty repair is a long term fix.... if it is fixed at all.

They were very professional and was very clean doing the job. They alway responded to me and got the job done. I highly recommend them.

We loved working with Don and his guys. We had intense tree damage and they were very affordable. They also fixed about 7 other holes in the woodwork of the roofing that they didn't know were there and didn't even charge us the material cost to fix them. They were fast, and the roof looks great.

A-O replaced our roof last year and did a superb job. Juan and Scott were great.. solutions-minded, i.e.. not just there to make a quick buck. They were willing to correct some unforeseen problems with rotted wood underneath and I was very pleased with how they placed my concerns and objectives as the customer, first. I do recommend anyone getting a new roof be as involved as safety allows-- thankfully the pitch of my roof was very shallow and easily accessible. The workers are very efficient --they aren't going to cover up something that needs repair, but you should try to be apprised of whatever is revealed when the old one comes off. But in any case, A-O made everything right and even made some repairs at their own expense, simply because you often can't know everything you're going to find until the old roof comes off. Some of that was on me as well, but they were very accommodating and a joy to work with. Roof looks great, craftsmanship and materials appear to be solid and beautiful a year out.

I've had a great experience with this company. They have done work for me personally, my business and for friends. The work is always prompt, priced right and been of very good quality. Communication with them is also a pleasure since they keep you posted every step of the way. I highly recommend them.

In 2008, this company was referred to my mother by my uncle who said they did an awesome job on his church, so she hired them to fix our roof which had started leaking over my brother's room . They were also supposed to fix the issue of black mold that had started spreading in the kitchen, the carpeting in the living room and both my mom's and my brother's bedrooms . They were paid the full amount by the insurance company . Don Coble himself assured my mom she would get the best quality materials for the roof and the carpeting . What a LAUGH ! They didn't actually FIX the roof, they just did a cosmetic job of putting expensive shingles over it after patching the hole with tar . They repainted the walls so we wouldn't see the mold and knocked the power out in half the rooms . How ? They had 3 radiator heaters plugged into 1 outlet on a utility cord in our living room and one of them had a frayed cord that was loosely taped with electrical tape ! We had stayed 3 months at my sister's house waiting for them to finish fixing our roof and THAT was the best they could do ? We had a TOUGH winter that year . We had to sleep in the living room with our heater plugged from my mom's room to stay warm . That was the LEAST of our problems . The mold started coming back through the walls in both the living room and our kitchen. Everybody kept getting sick . Not to mention, the so called HIGH QUALITY carpet started coming apart in huge plugs ! We didn't realize the roof hadn't been fixed until several months later when it started raining in my brother's room again and the roof fell through right over his bed. My mom called Don back and all she got were excuses . He said she should have kept the heat on and the mold wouldn't have spread, but she pointed out that she would have IF his guys hadn't knocked out the power in half the house . He also said that houses that are left will waste away and grow mold, but she told him my sister's old house hadn't been lived in for years and it didn't have any mold . They refused to fix the issue of mold OR the electric issue THEY THEMSELVES caused . The insurance company said that since my mom signed for them to get the money to fix the house, there was nothing they could do . Things kept getting worse in the house and in the end we had to move up the street to my sister's old house, which is much smaller than our own . I would NEVER in a million years recommend this BOOTLEG company to ANYBODY ! Unless you're rich, or can afford to pay them TOP DOLLAR, all I can say is prepare for their DEMOLITION crew !

Up front I want to say this was a small job. This company botched the roof repair job twice late last spring. I kept having to crawl on my hands and knees at 62 yrs old to see that the leak was still happening in my attic. Two weeks ago in October 2017 I crawled in the attic again and the leak was still leaking, this was after I refinished the bathroom ceiling damage underneath the leak. I told them this last time I would re-pay them to fix the leak they never fixed. They never showed up last Tuesday like they said. They also do not return my phone calls. Do not trust them to perform small jobs. If they say they diligently addressed my recent phone calls they are only being dishonest.

Hired them to replace the roof on a house I own, they hounded me about getting the roof done until I approved the work. After requesting them to make the necessary repairs to the rest after the roof was replaced they ripped down materials from the house leaving wood exposed and took the check for the work and haven't heard from them since then. I DO NOT recommend using them if you want the entire job complete in a timely matter.

We had two other reputable roofing repair companies come and fix our flat roof that was leaking. I finally called Don thinking this was too small a job for him. He came over, ripped out what the others had done and sealed it. When it rained and we had another leak he came over and sealed that one, no charge. He then told me that the roof needed to have some sealant put around the A/C units but he needed a dry period. Damn if he didn't sneak over here one day, went up on the roof, sealed all the remaining areas and never asked for more money. When the torrential rain came two months ago I came over at midnight expecting water but it was dry. That's when I knew what he had done. This guy does what he says he is going to do and more. If you want someone who warranties his work and then shows up then Alpha Omega is the one to call.

This company led by Don Coble is outstanding,from initial inspection
to completed job was only 5 days.I would rate this company 5 stars plus.
They are honest,professional and great to work with.I highly recommend
them to every one who needs a new roof.

Highly recommend this fantastic company. This highly professional group has now performed 2 different jobs on my 200 year old historic home. During both encounters, I was extremely impressed with how responsive all members were to our needs and how well they communicated. They were on time, did a fantastic job, left no mess and priced each job very fairly. My roof does NOT leak! There is no doubt that we will use Alpha and Omega for all needed jobs in the future.
