I used this company to replace my roof several years ago and when I began having issues recently, I called three additional roofing companies to come inspect it. All of them stated that the ridge vent was not open and so there was no air circulating in the attic. Last summer I had soffit vents added at the advice of Mr. Allender. Who then later I discovered, failed to inform me That the attic insulation should be moved away from the vents to add to the airflow and circulation. Now I have an attic full of mold. I did a lot of research and learned a lot about how attic ventilation should work and what it should look like. This is something I wish I had done years ago. When I called Mr. Allender to speak to him about it, he became very defensive and verbally abusive, even threatening to sue me at one point. I would have trusted him to remedy the issue and even paid for materials again. I’m not a litigious soul. I believe in giving people second and even third chances to make things right. But this was unacceptable and I have no option other than to warn the public. I’ve been in property management for over 25 years and have never come across such poor customer service.

Richard was very helpful in getting our roof completely covered by our insurance company. The entire roof to include 2 car garage and 2 car carport cost me nothing out of pocket. Friendly and helpful the entire way and went above and beyond to include items that insurance didn't cover because it was the right thing to do. Would refer to anyone to use.
