Just moved to a new house in Aberdeen from Va. Bob did a great job of keeping me informed during construction. He went above and beyond.

Bob was very thorough and experienced. He was available on very short notice, even answered his phone on a Sunday night. He patiently walked me through the main highlights of the inspection on site and provided a paper copy of the complete report. He also took time to answer follow up questions by email.

I called Bob because I was interested in his services, but when I asked whether he used an infrared camera, he said he didn't because they're a "liability" that makes mountains out of molehills, and he said the worst thing a home inspector can do is blow up the seller's deal.

I was shocked that he even said this because obviously a home buyer wants their inspector to look out for their interests first, not the seller's.

When I told him I didn't feel comfortable hiring him after that statement, he tried to deny he ever said it, but look: that ain't something you forget hearing.

He did finally admit that infrared cameras are good for finding moisture, which seems really important since it's known to be the #1 enemy of any house.

Ironically, I did not feel Bob at All Yours would be all mine as an inspector and did not feel safe trusting him with one of the biggest investments and decisions of my life.

He is very good at what he does. He gives you a break down of everything. His reports are very detailed and he knows what he is talking about. I even appreciated him for pointing out the minor things because that was very helpful in my home inspection
