The team of guys sent out were very considerate and worked diligently when the initial plan wasn't to my satisfaction.
Will was courteous, communicative and all around a nice guy!
Not only did I get a very reasonable quote, but he also provided pictures of the actual damage with details of what would be needed in repairs.
Honesty and integrity are very important to me and these guys have it.
They went above and beyond to make sure that the job was done and that I was completely satisfied.

Will and his team did a great job fixing an issue no one else would work on, a strange roof / AC issue. Will was courteous, communicative and all around a nice guy! The team kept the work area super clean! I look forward to working with Allstates Restorations again!

I needed some roof repairs to my patio breezeway on my townhome. It was leaking every time it rained and my biggest concern was my AC unit is also located on top of this area of the roof and it was starting to swag due to water damage.
I saw Allstates Restorations LLC completing similar repairs to my neighbors home and spoke with the on-site supervisor for an appointment and quote on my roof repairs.
Wow! What a great a decision. Not only did I get a very reasonable quote, but he also provided pictures of the actual damage with details of what would be needed in repairs.
They were friendly and courteous and a very professional crew. They finished the repairs sooner than I expected.
My breezeway roofing now looks brand new and I can't wait for warmer weather so I can decorate my patio and invite over some friends for food, fun and beautiful breezeway!

So far I’ve dealt with Brian Pierce owner of the company. Has granted everything I’ve asked him to do as far as proving insurance asking for references, etc. a good man. Haven’t started work yet. I will update when they are done.

Hurricane Ian did extensive damage to our home. The work done is beautiful . The workers were great and hard working. Love Brian, Mike and Jordan from office that I have dealt with.
