Clients frequently commend the owner, Lewis Cantrell, for his attentiveness and ability to manage projects smoothly, including interactions with insurance companies. However, there is a notable complaint regarding delayed communication, highlighting an inconsistency in customer service responsiveness. Overall, the company's dedication to customer satisfaction and project quality shines through in the majority of reviews.
- Lewis's crew showed up on time and communicated with me every step.
- The work was not only properly submitted to my insurance but was timely and beautiful.
- Lewis helped with the insurance details and put us back together, good as new.
- Lewis was always attentive, encouraging, and made sure the project moved along.
- The attention to detail is unbelievable, and it shows in the final product.
- I called Lewis and was told to leave a voicemail, but it took days for a response.
- I waited all day for an appointment that never happened.

I called Lewis on 7/15 requesting to get a quote on some foundation work needed for my house. He was in a meeting, asked I call back and leave a voicemail with my info so he can call me back and set up an appointment— cool! On 7/18 I finally get a call from him (I understand people get busy, glad he’s finally able to call me). He tells me that he can come take a look at things on Tuesday 7/22 around noon or 1pm. 12:00 on Tuesday rolls around — nothing — okay, he did say it might be closer to 1pm, so I wait, maybe he’s busy, I get it. 1:00 comes by — nothing. 2:00 — nothing. 3:00 - nothing. No call, no show — the guy’s not coming. Luckily, I had the day off and was able to sit around and wait to see IF he would show up, however, I do have a job and any other day I would not have been able to do so. As of 7/29, I still have not received any phone call about him missing the appointment/rescheduling. Not impressed.

I needed a window replaced. Lewis's crew showed up on time, assessed the situation, took care of the window repair (which turned out to be more complicated than just removing and replacing the window), did a GREAT job and communicated with me every step. I would totally recommend them for any job!

I called Louis Cantrell, owner of All Phase Construction after my bathroom had been down for months due to a water leak. I had had NUMEROUS companies come out to bid the job and had found that they were either bidding ridiculously high or failing to submit the claim to my insurance. Louis and his crew were INCREDIBLE!! The work was not only property submitted to my insurance and not ridiculously priced but it was timely and beautiful. Louis regularly checked in with me to ensure that the work was progressing and that I was satisfied. Every single employee that came to my home was kind, courteous, and, in all honesty, exceptional. I have dealt with construction companies that treat you as more of a formality to the process instead of the homeowner and this was definitely not the case with All Phase. My interactions with Louis and his company have ensured that I will be using them for all repairs and construction projects on my property. They have earned me as a life long customer. I highly recommend them for all of your home repair or construction needs. I'm truly grateful that I was lucky enough to find them in the Google results and now I need look no more. If you have home improvement projects or other projects that you need to be completed quickly and correctly, at a decent price, I implore you, give All Phase a try, I promise, you won't be disappointed!!

The average roof replacement cost for a residential home typically ranges from $7,000 to $15,000, depending on factors such as roof size, chosen materials, roof pitch, and labor rates in your area. Premium materials or complex designs may increase the price.
The cost to replace the roof of a commercial building typically ranges from $5 to $12 per square foot, depending on several factors such as roof size, material, labor rates, building type, and local code requirements.
Several factors influence roof repair cost, including the extent of the damage, roof accessibility, material type, labor costs, and whether it’s a general repair or an emergency fix. Minor repairs can start around $150–$400, while major repairs may exceed $1,500.
Roof leak repair cost generally ranges from $300 to $800, depending on the size and location of the leak, the materials required, and labor intensity. Complex leaks involving structural repairs or interior damage will cost more.
Flat roof repair cost for commercial properties usually ranges from $500 to $3,000, depending on the roofing material (TPO, EPDM, PVC), the extent of the damage, and roof accessibility.
Mobile home roof replacement cost typically ranges from $3,000 to $8,000, making it generally more affordable than traditional home roof replacements, due to smaller size and simpler structure.
It's not necessary to stay home during roof replacement. Roofing work is noisy and can cause vibrations inside the house, which might be uncomfortable. Most homeowners choose to leave during major parts of the project, but our team ensures safety and keeps you updated, whether you're home or not.
The timeline for a roof replacement typically ranges from one to three days, depending on the size and complexity of the roof, weather conditions, and material type. Larger or more intricate roofs may take a bit longer, but we always aim for efficient, timely completion.
To hire a roofing contractor, start by researching local companies with good reviews and proper licensing. Request quotes from multiple contractors, verify their insurance and certifications, and ask for references. Always ensure you get a written contract that outlines the scope of work, timeline, and payment terms.
Check if a roofing company is legit by verifying their business license, insurance, and local certifications. Look for memberships in professional associations, read customer reviews, and ask for recent project references. A legitimate company will be transparent and provide all documentation upon request.
When choosing a roofing company, consider their experience, customer reviews, warranty offerings, and quality of materials. Make sure they provide clear communication, detailed estimates, and a solid portfolio of completed projects. Local expertise is also a major advantage for understanding regional roofing needs.
Warning signs that your roofing contractor might be ripping you off include vague contracts, pressure to pay large upfront deposits, lack of proper documentation, and unexplained price increases. Always ask for itemized estimates and written guarantees, and avoid contractors who avoid answering your questions directly.
