As a retired builder I had high expectations for my home inspection service and was not disappointed. Tim arrived on time, asked all the right questions about accessing difficult areas like the attic and crawlspace and got busy. The final report and pictures addressed concerns in a positive way, and covered virtually every aspect of plumbing, wiring, heating, lighting, drainage, roofing, and general aging of the residence. If I had been 20 years younger I would have done the inspection myself, but even then Tim would have done a better job, I'm sure.
