My son’s bathroom was in desperate need of remodeling. We had three contractors give us estimates. Jacob Beckert, the owner of All Exclusive Construction Inc., immediately stood out as remarkable and impressive. He is young, but talk to him for a few minutes and you realize he is competent, experienced, and relatable, which makes his youth an asset—you soon understand that you are dealing with a precocious talent.

During the consultation, Jacob was an excellent listener and educator and seemed genuinely interested in our preferences. He went out of his way to find out what we wanted but also made professional recommendations when we got stuck. He took notes by pen and paper, was never pushy or overbearing, and promptly sent a detailed schematic and estimate. The price was reasonable.

We had mentioned that there were a few other things throughout the house we might want fixed; for instance, all three toilets were old and barely functioning. Since we only said this in passing, we were pleasantly surprised to find that this had already made its way into the estimate and was included in the proposal. With such attention to detail, we knew that Jacob was the right contractor for the job.

The work crew was equally professional, capable, and courteous. Jacob runs a tight ship, frequently checking in; there were never more than three workdays that he didn’t show up to monitor the job’s progress. Communication was frequent and thorough. We couldn’t believe how hard they worked. They even worked Saturdays (with our permission). At the end of the day, they would spend up to an extra hour just cleaning—even more than we would have ourselves.

As an example of the crew’s ingenuity, after they started laying the floor in the shower, my son decided he didn’t like the tile he had chosen. Unfortunately, the new design he wanted conflicted with the slope of the cement work that had already been completed. This created a significant challenge for the team to try and come up with a work-around at the last minute. We never thought for a second that they wouldn’t figure something out—and they did! The new design is so beautiful, you could never tell it was a creative solution to a problem.

It’s not an easy process; a project like this is tedious and the disruption to regular life is substantial. There were setbacks along the way. But it was worth it in the end. Thank you to Jacob, Pedro, and the rest of the team at All Exclusive Construction. My son loves his new bathroom! We will definitely have you back.

I give Jacob Beckert at All Exclusive Construction and his team a ***** review! I had a specific budget for my ADU and Jacob came in very close to budget! (I was warned by friends to assume my budget would be exceeded by 10%. That’s exactly what happened. Don’t be skeptical of his young appearance, he is forthright, honest, smart and creative. He helped me come up with solutions for problems that inspectors threw at us and his team was diligent and thorough. I am very particular about design choices and Jake and his crew did an amazing job with the both the bathroom and kitchen cabinets, the plumbing, the tile, appliance installation and flooring. I wanted a smart house and they skillfully installed smart devices and fixtures and was very adept at dealing with many different inspectors and engineers to pass all requirements and codes.
