Osmin's team performed exceptional, quality work in redoing my bathrooms. It is very hard to find competent contractors when the size of the job is limited. I am SO grateful to have found Aligned Construction. I was VERY hands on through the process and Osmin was responsive to any of my concerns. I would certainly try to hire Osmin again when I have another project.

This is the second time us using Aligned Construction Company, and we are very pleased with the work quality they provide, very professional easy to work with,We will be using them for any future construction projects,highly recommend!

Osmin & Joanna have certainly earned my trust and confidence, I will use them again and would recommend Aligned to family and friends. We did a full ADU in my back yard in Mar Vista during 2024. Anyone that has taken on a remodel or new construction knows that the unexpected will happen for sure and Osmin was there with me every step of the way to pivot and solve every issue. He works well with the city (LADBS) and all his crew members were reliable and respectful of my property and time.

Alner did an awsome job! There was a problem that had not been addressed with my HOA with a leak. The wrote an excellent report which my HOA was negliant is solving. I truly appreciate the work that was done especailly Alner

Quint was very polite and professional when he came over for a free consultation. I have a couple of corner boards that have some minor water damage, and it’s only the last few months that I’ve noticed. He did a very thorough inspection and assured me despite the mild water damage. It was an easy fix, and there was no significant damage to the property. As a homeowner, I felt safer getting his professional opinion. He was very polite, I never felt like he was trying to upsell, and I respect anybody willing to come out on such short notice, especially given the season. We will definitely be consulting with Quint in the future for our exterior needs.

My experience with Aligned Construction has been exceptional. From when I first contacted them regarding the construction of an ADU on my property, they were extremely prompt and professional. Dealing with a construction project was a very new adventure for me and Osmin and his staff were so very helpful with the entire process. The bid I recieved was priced very competitivtely and well within the budget I was workkng with and I was very impressed with the details outlined in the contract as well as the proposed time frame to complete the project. Even with a very unpredictable weather and lots of rain delay, Osmin was able to meet the ending date and with an extremely quality job. Any unexpected costs were fully explained and discussed before moving forward and even with a few modifications, the final project was still within my budget range.
His attention to detail was not only in the paperwork, but also in his quality control of the building itself, being on site often making sure all projects were completed properly. He and his office staff were always very prompt in responding to any phone calls or emails which was always very appreciated. I am extremely pleased with the end result and wholeheartedly recommend this company.

He has done many projects for clients of mine and recently did extensive renovations on our home including a full Kitchen & Bath remodel. His communication was second to none and anytime issues came up (because we all know issues are simply unavoidable in construction) he was quick to fix them and find solutions that fit our timeline and budget. My husband and I have loved working with Aligned! We hired them for our main house overhaul and also entrusted them with our ADU project (currently in the works). Their team is always quick to respond to any concerns or questions, is honest about the work and any potential "surprises," and the final product is better than we could have imagined. Aligned did a great job on our new roof replacement and carport supports. Osmin is very knowledgeable and provides valuable advice. His staff responded promptly to all of my questions as they arose. Also, they were punctual and followed through on their promises, highly recommend!

Osmin and the entire Aligned team are fantastic. They have now over the course of 5 years, remodeled our entire home. Literally every room! There are a lot of bad contractors out there which I learned the hard way on my last home - but not Aligned. Osmin and his team do great work. Osmin and the office team are extremely responsive. Anytime there is a mistake, they fix it, and Osmin never completed a job until I was completely happy. I would only use Osmin for future work and I would recommend Osmin to anyone (and I have).
