I recently called Scott at Advantage Inspections to get advice about testing our home's water quality. We had already invested in an expensive water treatment system after purchasing our home, but we were still experiencing issues and weren't sure if the system was working properly.
Scott was incredibly honest and helpful. He didn't try to sell us anything, even though he easily could have. Instead, he gave us straightforward advice and even referred us to someone else who could help solve our problem.

I needed someone to come out within a 12 hour notice to conduct a mold test in my bathroom in my apartment unit. I made a Facebook post asking for recommendations. Someone tagged Jason and he commented his business information at 8pm on a Saturday. He allowed me to call him at 9pm on Saturday and I asked him to come out at 9am on Sunday. He was so kind over the phone and answered all of my questions extremely thoroughly. He listened to the whole story of what was going on and said he would be more than happy to come out on Sunday at 9am. He showed up on Sunday right on time. He told me exactly what he was going to do with the tests and how he would conduct them. He showed me an example of how the test results typically look and explained how to understand the results. He was super sweet and professional! I did not need an home inspection, but would 100% hire him if I ever did. He is very obviously knowledgeable with the services he offers and does his job well. If I ever need any services that he offers again, I will definitely be contacting him!
