In response to you calling my lady a BOT, (USERNAME MINE BEAM) we waited for hours and there was no text or anything about hey I'm not going to make it today and I need to reschedule. If you can't be professional you shouldn't post stupid comments about people being Bots for complaining. We will use someone else and thanks for blowing off a customer because you can't be professional.

Great customer service, they answered any questions we had at any time we had a concern. Since we are always away from Casper, WY we feel lucky we can trust them to do any type of handyman work in our property. We just give them a call and they go and take care of the problem. They really are very trustworthy, and very reliable. We are very pleased with the work and service that Ronald Higgins provided in our property. He is very punctual, honest and respectful. We definitely will continue using their service. It gives us a peace of mind that no matter we are in the country when problems arise in our rental property we can depend on them.

Steven helped me put an ikea bed frame together today and did a great job. Not only this but he’s a wonderful and honest person.

I had to replace my swamp cooler with a large window a/c unit. The swamp cooler was coming thru a hole I had cut in the wall because all our windows are casement. First I got on line and connected with that company that always advertises on TV. Nobody came out to look at what I had, but they quoted me $425 for installation. No thanks. I called Ace Handyman Service. Steven came out the next morning and we discussed what I wanted. The next day he came out and installed the a/c unit. BUT...the hole in the wall was a bit too small for the unit. Steven had all the tools and enlarged the hole, used his level to make sure it was level. After the unit was in, he installed flashing and made it waterproof, put molding on the inside and cleaned everything up, and all for less than half of what that other company was going to charge. A great job

Customer service was great. Cliff was on time professional and addressed all of my concerns and questions. I will use them again and request Cliff.

I am truly grateful for the fine work Barrie has done for me. He completes every task quickly and efficiently, with expert workmanship and knowledge. I know that I can trust him with anything. He is a blessing.

The person that came out to do our estimate turned up and couldn’t do the job, wasted our materials as he proved that point. Then they sent an “expert”. His first day was great and he got a lot done. The next day turned up late left to go to another job despite being booked the full day with us. Came back and left early. Then did not turn up the next day, no phone call or text and ignored our calls. We’re given bull#!?! Excuses by the office and then wound up having to finish the job ourselves. My 80 year old father and 53 year old husband, Very disappointed.

Just bought a house in Casper and needed someone to help with a few projects I was not able to do. Handyman Cliff came out and spent the day taking care of it for me. He did a great job and was pleasant and tidy. Have contact ACE now a couple times and had Cliff out to take care of installing some fixtures. Will be using ACE again in the future!

James did a great job replacing the flooring in our laundry room. He was prompt and on time. The work was excellent and the price was fair.

Assuming you live in Casper, it’s not easy to find people willing to work. They’re either months out or you see them and you just say (to yourself) no thanks. With Ace, quotes come quickly. Once quotes are approved, all work is completed post haste. Expect to hear no excuses and there will be no walk-offs. Work will be done the way that you would expect. It’s expensive, but Ace’s prices are in line with market conditions.

Hired them to finish painting our home. Sandy & Cliff did an excellent job! Our home looks new. Highly recommend them if you need painting but can't afford a pro service. These guys are good!

The handyman,Clifford, that came to my house was great. He was very knowledgeable in different areas and very thorough. He went beyond the call of duty!! He was friendly, professional, and he knew what he was doing. Would recommend him and the company to anyone. Very pleased and will be using them again.

I hired tis company in mid july of 2022 to remove 2 old garage doors and instal a new double door. Job was supposed to be completed by the end of september. I called multiple times and was lied to and told the parts were on backorder. At the end of october I called and was told the parts were in and the would be out next week. I called on tuesday of the next week and was told the parts were at overhead door in Casper and their truck was broke down. I called over head and was tokd the parts were never backordered and were waiting to be picked up and the parts were not ordered untill aug 31st 2022. Now they are two weeks into the job and still not done and not shpwing up or calling me for days in a row. i tried calling the tech and his phone is forwarded. now it is too cold out for them to finish the job.
this company accepted too many jobs and they dont have to manpower to do allof them in the timeframe they bid them. they are bouncing back and forth to jobs trying to keep people happy. I am about ready to hire an attorney and file a lawsuit agaibst the company. I would not recpmend this company to anyone.

Barry is great! He is so knowledgeable and very kind. We appreciate all the odd handyman jobs he's done for us and has listened to what I hope to do to update our home and discussed with me different projects he can complete for us. It's been really nice having a 'go to' person who knows where we are on each project and can just pick up wherever we are in the process. We're definitely very grateful for his expertise and work!

I was very pleased with the person (Cliff) you came to my house to instal a front door & storm door, a garage door, and also a patio door.. Great workmanship and also very considerate.

I did a search for mobile home repairs and Ace Handyman Services was one that appeared. I called and explained that I am looking to replace my 40 year old furnace before it breaks during a time when we're having temps below 0 for weeks on end. Megan said she could make an appointment with Jonathan for 4pm the next day. I wanted my husband here so we both heard the same thing at the same time so he took off from work an hour early and arrived home at 3:55pm. At 4:20pm I called to see if perhaps Jonathan was lost and needed directions. Instead I heard, "Oh gosh, I'm so sorry, I totally spaced it out and didn't call you back. But we're not licensed to do that kind of work. You need to call someone who is licensed to do HVAC work." I responded in a very annoyed tone, "well I'm sorry my husband is very busy and took off from work an hour early to be here when Jonathan was supposed to be here and YOU spaced it out?" To which she replied, "Well I'm still sorta new here and I just learned that we don't do that kind of work and I got really crazy busy and I just sorta spaced out calling you." After I said it is fortunate there are sites on the internet that allows for feedback on this sort of thing, she said, "well yes there is and I am sorry, there is no excuse, I made a mistake and I am sorry." Her final response and honesty is why I gave them 3 stars instead of 1.

Tony's recent tree trimming services on our property was outstanding in every respect. For example, in planning that task, he was scheduled to arrive at our home two days ago at 4 p.m., but arrived there at 3:40 p.m. Immediately, he began reviewing the trees to trim and concluded his study in about 10 minutes. His verbal description was so professional that his Ace Handman's bid immediately was accepted by this customer and communicated to his home office. The staff there promply scheduled Tony's project at our home to take place two days later (Thursday, Sep. 9, 2021). As planned, he arrive at this customer's home and drove up our driveway 15 minutes early. Immediately, he unloaded his equipment and began to trim dead limbs from three cottonwood that have grown over our driveway. Then he quickly loaded the trash onto a vehicular flatbed and completed his project 50 minutes later . . . far sooner than anticipated with a final cost to this customer of roughly half of that originally predicted. Outstanding service in every respect!

Mike was on time and started working quickly. We asked him to install a handicap bar on our tub wall. However, where we wanted it installed, he knew that there were no studs there and the bar might pull out when we tried to use it. He suggested an alternate placement and permanently attached it. Since he had some minutes left on his hour, we asked him to put up some curtain rods in the living room. We didn't expect getting this done by him and were thrilled with the great job he did. We will definitely call ACE again when we need a handyman.
