When researching and going through 4 appraisals, we choose them over others due to their knowledge and attentiveness.
Their price is certainly very comparable to other companies out there however, what sets them apart, and helped with our decision was John Lara. He is the owner of the company.
John received our call, was very punctual to the assessment appointment for the estimate, he brought all his gear and within 20-30 minutes, he got all his measurements completed. He went around the property and pointed out issues and areas of concern, he also took pictures from the top of the roof to show us areas that could be a problem in the future. We had our written appraisal in the timeline he promised. (In this case, the next day)
The other companies we called took about a week to complete their of appraisals.
His crew is also incredible. They showed up on time every single day, worked hard and completed the job in 4 days with the 2 inspections included.
Every member is very professional. They took the time to answer
all our questions patiently and best of all, they always cleaned up at the end of every day.
