Accent Group

I believe this is the company my Condo Management hired to repair our roof. I prayed to God it would be repaired, repair guy came, looks at leak area, immediately goes on roof and patches an area, leaves. Last night HUGE storm and no more leak. Thank you Accent Group and thank you God and Lord Jesus.

This company replaced the roof on my townhouse in the early fall i2022. In January.of this year I had ice on the inside sheathing. I had water dripping down my ceilings and wall in all 3 of my bedrooms. Has been over a month. Dmitri came and looked at the.attic. Took pictures, but would not let me see them. Said he had no idea what was wrong and had never seen anything like it. Ibam beside myself! HOA refuses to give me info from the engineer who also took pictures. Accent is supposedly reviewing and planning a fix! Meanwhile, we are so nervous about spring rain! Not a professional company! Stay away!

The Accent Group came to a complex I live to replace the old roof. Was very impress by the professionalism of their workers. A worker name Pablo was around to help and answer questions us tenants had and provided overall great service.

Our condo recently had the roof replaced by The Accent Group. Pablo was great, he kept me informed throughout the process. The team was efficient and cleaned up everything down to the last nail. Great company, very professional. We highly recommend them!

I live in condominium complex. The HOA team hired the accent group to replace the roof. It was wearing quite badly. They did a super job very professional . Pablo keep things very neat, he helped us find safe parking while they replaced the Roof.

The Accent Group is an excellent company. Our HOA hired them and we're thrilled they did. The Accent Group does great work, their workers are talented, they're neat, courteous, and they complete the job on time. What more could one ask?

Despite the heat, the men worked so hard and did a very good job. Cleaned up and left the area in good shape every evening.

The team and onsite supervision have done a great job replacing our roofs and associated elements like vents and some siding. The site is cleaned each night, nails picked up and debris in the dumpster. These guys work really hard for almost 12 hours/day

Pablo did a great job with the installation at our home at 24 Woodcrest Drive!! Good service and follow up.

Accent Group has been great. They fixed the roof in my condo and the crew is very organized and they make sure to leave everything clean at the end of the day. Pablo the supervisor has been amazing! He’s very friendly and communicative.

I'm the Property President of Elmwood Co-ops, and we currently use The Accent Group for all of our work and repairs. Their work is excellent, their estimates are reasonable. The crew cleans up after every job. I have been using Accent for the past ten years as property president and will for the next ten years. Kim is in the office and Chuck is in the field who both greet you with a smile.
See the photos below, the crew just finish today replacing the patio and stair at one of my building. I'm waiting for an estimate to replace all of the siding and gutters of all three of our buildings. When done come by and see their work. I hope you take my advise and use Accent.

Our HOA has used the Accent Group for the last 3 years, to work on our on-going yearly painting and wood replacement project for the 45 units in our development. The on-site project manager/supervisor (Bert) was professional, responsive, patient and very accommodating to address our HOA's and homeowners' various requests and concerns. Bert and his crew worked hard to get the job done to our satisfaction.

The Accent Group is fantastic! Kim is outstanding! She is responsive, knowledgeable, and so pleasant to work with. Accent worked on my roof two years ago, and I knew they were the group to call for a new issue around my window. Accent was not just on time today; they were early! In addition to inspecting the area which prompted the call, they also identified a plumbing issue unrelated to what they were called to fix. I am so grateful.

Our HOA utilized the Accent Group for a painting and wood replacement project of the 78 units in our development. The onsite supervisor (Bert) continually communicated with us so we were able to keep all owners informed on any oimpact to their units. Our HOA Board was very pleased with the quality of their work. Highly Professional.

Stay away from Accent Group! Their painters broke a window and splattered paint on my metal roofing over a bump out and two bay windows. They did not take responsibility for the damage. I asked the HOA management Company - Homestead Management to withhold payment; they did not. They are both corrupt businesses that work together.
Recently Accent Group was hired by my HOA to do roofing work - what a disaster! They broke more windows, damaged outdoor furniture, left nails resulting in flat tires, damaged plantings, and submitted false bills for "extra costs" that were unnecessary and unapproved. Accent says their contract is with Homestead Management and does not own up to their property damage or false billing. In turn, Homestead defends Accent Group and passes on the fraudalent Accent charges to homeowners. The two of them should be charged with fraud. Neither is a reputable business.

I am a property manager that has been using this company since the 90s and they are by far the best. They are efficient, knowledgeable, reliable most importantly do great work. Highly recommended!!!!

This is Debie . I wanted to take a moment to tell you how terrific your company and staff is! Recently I had an issue and Kim (who I think is the most valuable asset in your company) scheduled Chuck to do the evaluation. He was professional and lovely. And,Kim is the Best!
Santiago ( on a separate issue examined my roof since there were shingles on the driveway). Again, a very nice guy and very professional! Finally, Ray and his assistant came to deal with the window leak. He found the source of the leak , dealt with it and hopefully resolved that issue. He took the time to show me what the issue was and how they would repair it.
You should be so proud of your staff. Everyone I have had the privilege of dealing with has been beyond great!

This company has been in our HOA community for at least 5 years doing siding and roofing. They are professional and clean up well after each project. They are good to work with and have competitive costs which is why they continue getting the bid for our projects.

Accent Group recently replaced the siding in my townhouse community in Wayne NJ, and did a terrific job! All the workers I interacted with were friendly and accommodating, as they had tight areas to work in.

Accent Group has successfully completed a full repointing project for our 9 story condo building in Jersey City. The team continually communicated with all 69 owners to keep them apprised of timing and impact on their day to day life. Board was very happy with their work. Highly recommend.

I need my roof replaced, so I had accent group come out to get me an estimate, as they are rated high on GAF’s website… well, it’’s been over a week, and I was told it would be a few days. No one returns phone calls, when I do call, I get no help, no one seems to know how long it will take to simply get an estimate, I just get blown off. They also always assume I’m in a Housing development or community, as they always ask me what unit I’m in and seem pretty surprised when I tell them that I have a single residence and I’m not in a community. They pass me around from one department to another, and keep me on hold for 10 minutes at da time. Also, when they came out to my home to look at my roof, the guy did not even go up on the roof?? I don’t understand how someone who’s coming to your house to give you an estimate to replace the roof does not even jump up on the roof to take a look at it. I feel like I should mention that I have a one story ranch in that it’s not high off the ground either, with a lower pitch. Very disappointing!

**I would like to add to this review, since the management office decided that they would respond to my reivew 2 years after it was posted :) they still take no accountability... Accent group did come to my house, knew it was not part of a community or townhome, and that the management who reads reviews has no sense of accountability... their response below is hilarious. I am not confused, you came to my house, did not go up on my roof, and clearly are highly disorganized. RUN!

They did work for my hoa and damaged everything I had on my patio area. I was away when they sent out a notice of when this company would be coming, since I was gone I informed the property manager that I wouldn’t be there and was told it’s not an issue at all and anything that may be in the way of the workers would be moved by them. Well they moved everything alright, I left my couch and fire pit with covers on them, they dropped my fire pit which caused glass to be all over my back patio area, the took the cover off of the couch and left in with no cover for over 2 weeks. When I realized that they had left everything in the condition they did I informed the property manager and the guys were there 10 minutes later taking a soaking wet, filled with water cover shaking it out and putting it on top of soaking wet cushions which then aided mold and mildew and nastiness to be left on the cushions. They scratched the wood in the couch and every cushion is now a different color. I contacted them mid July!!! It’s now mid September and I’m still waiting for a response back. Everyday the supervisor isn’t there, they don’t call back, they say they will cal back the following day and they still don’t. Use this company if you want things damaged and no calls back to try and fix anything.

Our homeowner's association called Accent Group to fix multiple roof leaks due to the record snowstorm. Quick service and quality work. Thanks Accent Group.
