My thoughts are that I should have been informed that they were going to take down the lights I paid $350.00to get the lights while I loved them that's alot of money I can't afford to pay out money every year I do want lights again next year but I can't see paying a fee like that every time and I understand that the weather could damage the lights but I shouldn't have to pay again to get them installed they have already been through exstreamly cold temperatures and ice

I had a great experience with Above and Beyond ! I had my gutters cleaned and learned a lot about how to keep them in great condition. My gutters were thoroughly inspected and I was informed on areas where debris was getting trapped and on how to prevent such issues. I’m planning to get my roof and driveway washed next! Geo at Above and Beyond Pressure Washing Services was very professional and easy to speak with. He did well on all my 6 jobsites for him. He did put in a lot of time, was "not hit and run", tried hard, tried to protect the integrity of the structures, communicated where he ran into any unforeseen problems and was reasonable in his one or two necessary adjustments for add-on services I gave at the last moments for a couple of the job sites.
