They did an outstanding job, paid attention to all the small details. They only took three days, I thought it would be at least a week. They were perfectionists in putting on all the trim pieces and making sure the logs on all sides lines up. They also cleaned up thoroughly each night. I couldn't be happier with my new cabin look.

Left insulation, nails, trash, and pieces of siding in my yard and on my deck and DID NOT clean it up even after multiple complaints from my neighbors and I and from the agency I rented from. I picked up nails in my tire from them and called and emailed them multiple times, and they said they would pay me back for the new tire, and never did. I believe they blocked my number. TERRIBLE COMPANY!

I contracted ABC Seamless Siding in September of 2020 to install siding on a horse stall on my property. They finally started the job on June 7th 2021 but the installers did not have enough materials to finish the job. They said they would be back in two weeks...they have yet to finish. Every time I called to ask for an update I was either told that they would be at my home "tomorrow" or "next week" or that "the materials are on the way" or "the materials are on the truck". Jim even told me that I was confused because the installers never told me they would be back in two weeks to finish. I last heard from them today (July 26th) and was...yet again...told that the materials have not arrived. They must not be getting any siding at all because I was clear that I no longer care what color they use because I just want the job finished so my structure does not sustain water damage through the exposed corners. If you hire this company I would not pay them the second installment unless and until all work is completed. I will have to take them to court and report them to the BBB if they do not finish the work they started which is a huge waste of time I could have been spared had I hired a different company. Caveat Emptor...Let the buyer beware.

I was extremely happy and pleased. My house looks like a brand new house. The quality of the siding used is superb. Looks like my house will last for 50 years with this new siding.

Travis and Dallas did an excellent Job. They were on time and gave an excellent quote. They were very professional and respectful of my flowers and yard. When we are ready to do the job, they will be the only ones I will use. Thank you guys!!!

Travis and Dallas did and amazing job. Hard working and detailed work. It looks absolutely wonderful, and they took the time to make sure they cleaned up any and all scraps. I strongly suggest using this crew at ABC Seamless.

I had ABC from Billings put log cabin steel siding over existing wood siding on a remote mountain cabin. I was somewhat concerned after reading the Google reviews. I must have gotten the "A" team, Justen, Dalton, & Dalton. They did an outstanding job, paid attention to all the small details. They only took three days, I thought it would be at least a week. It is sad to put this on here but they have done some terrible work this time around. There are gaps around the window which were not there in previous work. They also refused to return our phone call or give us our money back after we decided not to the work, and were forced to do get the work done. I hope that they can improve there business as Larry is a great guy.

This company is so ridiculously unproffesional. I have tried to get ahold of the owner for the last 3 weeks to have them finish a job in which they destroyed our steel gutters that were in GREAT condition still (they were supposed to take down the gutters for our contractors and put the same ones back up once they were finished) And their employees still destroyed them after being told several times before starting by not only me several times but my contractors as well. We will never go through them again and will never send even our worst enemies to these guys.

Poor Work. Deplorable customer service.

I'm 54, have owned 7 homes in 5 states, and have never before been compelled to file a BBB complaint. I have now filed 2 of them RE ABC Seamless of Billings. Improper installation of a metal roof has led to water damage, seen for sure, and unseen highly likely.

I've been battling with them since spring of this year seeking resolution...or even return a call or message. I sent a typed letter to the owner, Larry Grayson, and was ignored. Finally got attention, and quick action, with the 1st BBB complaint, but repair failed to alleviate the problem and complaint was closed by BBB administratively. Promise by ABC Seamless to return and "make it right" has gone by the wayside, despite 2 attempts on my part to hold workman accountable. (10/5 and 10/8). It hasn't rained/snowed everyday since 10/5. :)

There is much more to this story. If you, or anyone about whom you care, is considering hiring this company, please feel free to contact me and I'd be glad to give you the whole, painful, 2 year saga.... And, of course, feel free to check out the myriad reviews online. Sure wish I had done so.... "Buyer beware!"

REFERENCE THE "RESPONSE FROM OWNER" BELOW - That never happened. These people seem to have no problem being deceitful. I recommend you do your homework before you hire them - check their reviews on all sites.

Was contracted to do a gutter job for my bosses house. Never finished project. The filed suit because he would not pay them until projected was finished. Shabby work, ran gutter across the top of the deck and not install last skylight in barn, as an examples. Would not recommend this company to anybody.

Total frustration. After 24 phone calls and not being able to have them fix a problem they created, I took them to small claims court and won. Guess what? They won't pay me the money I was entitled to. Now I need to do the next legal step in this journey. By the way....boy, can that owner lie in front of a judge. Stay away from this company at all costs.

Be prepared for frustration. This group is unprofessional, oh and may I mention the lack of accountability and a responsible foreman overseeing the work. Messy, unreliable. It took well over a month for the roof to be completed and the communication about why was not transparent. I called the owner and complained.

I would give zero if that was an option. Extremely unprofessional. Has no interest in finishing or resolving issues with a job that has already been paid for. 15 phone calls since October, it is now April. Always told that Anthony will be by tomorrow, or Anthony didn't call you yet. Gutters leak into foundation, worse than when I had no gutters at all. Eager to start the work and get paid but then they are a complete no show. INCOMPETENT!!!

Got our estimate promptly. Salesman was friendly and prompt. Unfortunately when I went in to pay the deposit nobody knew how to take a debit card. Plus I was informed that there was a %15 fee for using a card. Then the number went up or down depending on which person I talked to. Then they couldn't find my estimate. No organization. I was still fine with that and going to go forward with a cash deposit. Then an employee came in with a rifle and started talking about killing cats for fun. At this point there was also an employees kids in the office. There were several loud references to running over cats and shooting them for fun. It was the most unprofessional atmosphere I've ever seen or heard of. I wouldn't trust those employees around my house with our pets or barn cats. Needless to say I am taking my business elsewhere. Perhaps if they contact me and tell me these employees were fired I might give them my business. But until then, not a chance. I waited a few weeks before writing this review to ensure I didn't overreact. Now I'm positive I under reacted. Steer clear of these guys until their staff is reigned in and taught to act professional around potential clients.
