We recently had our detached garage roof replaced by A1 Quality Roofing, and couldn't be happier with the results. From start to finish, their team was professional, punctual, and highly skilled. They assessed the roof carefully, explained the process clearly, and completed the job efficiently without any mess left behind. Doing an exceptional job cleaning up and even taking the time to re-hang the string lights we had around the roof. The quality of the materials and workmanship is excellent, and my garage looks great and is now fully protected from the elements. I highly recommend them for any roofing needs!

Had my 25-year old roof replaced in March 2025. Eight workers came and removed the old roof, installed the new roof using Owens Corning shingles, and replaced the gutters and downspouts. Also replaced five rotted pieces of plywood. All work was completed in one day! Cleanup was perfect, price was very reasonable compared with other estimates I had gotten. Alex the owner was very easy to work with and honest. He uses a drone to show the various states of the roof until completed. I highly recommend A1 Quality Roofing.

The first was several months ago when he replaced loose roof shingles, and today he came out to repair vents on the roof after water began leaking through my bathroom air vent. On both occasions, Alex responded quickly, inspected the issues, and provided a fair estimate. We had a small leak coming in through a light fixture and Alex was able to stop by in hours to take a look! I called a few other roofers who couldn’t come for three days, so I highly appreciated Alex coming so quickly. Alex was clearly knowledgeable and was able to quickly diagnose, make sure we were ok for the day, and the full team was able to stop by the following day (Saturday) to fix the problem. Even though the fix was minor I still appreciate the competence and clear communication. Pricing was fair as well. All in all, a great experience!

Do not use this company, They destroyed my deck. They must have come back 5 times and its still bad, now they are MIA .They created a hazardous condition, railings are crooked and steps not to code. They sold me a waterproof deck and it is not water proof, its bubbling up and lifting and yellow!!

I would highly recommend A1 roofing. We had leaks in our roof that caused water damage in a ceiling and they were able to come out identify the leaks and fix the problem. We had other companies come out and they wanted double the money for other fixed they “identified” as the issue. A1’s owner Alex came out to the site, made sure the job was done correctly and was available for any questions. Overall hiring A1 was a great choice and I would recommend them for your roofing needs.

They came out for an estimate and a temporary patch for an issue I had until they scheduled for the job. During the first day 4 trucks must have showed up but they were able to do siding and roofing quickly

I called Alex the day after I had a roof leak. He came out the next day to give an estimate which I thought was more than fair and then did the work 3 days later. Would highly recommend and will use again in the future.

He came out gave a verbal estimate, and when asked to send a written estimate for the scope of work, he ends up not responding nor picking up the phone. That seems unprofessional. Anyway have a 3 star as just wanted people to know not to waste time with him if he doesn’t give a written estimate which details all that he will be doing.

I would definitely recommend A1 roofing. My wife and I just bought a house and a couple days after closing found two leaks (not the best inspector I guess). We had 4 or 5 roofers come to give estimates. They all found the problems and we got quotes from each to fix the leaks and to replace the whole roof (since it was older than we thought) A1 was not the cheapest for the roof replacement but they were the cheapest for the repair. We decided to do the roof replacement with them because Alex actually took measurements of the roof when he was up there as opposed to all the other guys who seemed to just eye it. Alex also gave us his rough estimate on spot and told us that he would take the measurements back to his office and send us a more accurate and detailed quote. He did send that detailed quote very quickly and the price was actually a little lower than he told us originally! Alex also seemed more comfortable on the roof than all the other roofers, he was moving on our steep roof like spider man lol. They did the whole roof in one day and it looked beautiful. They even fixed some other chimney issues we had that was not discussed, free of charge! The only issue I had was that I found a piece of the roof debris in my pool. I guess they didn't notice it, but wasn't much of an issue. See the before and after pics!

I contacted multiple roofers to have a new roof put on. A1 was by far the most responsive, fastest to show up for a quote, had the shortest lead time to start the job, and the best price! The install spilled over into the next day, but the work was fully completed with 36 hours. If I ever need a roof repair, I know who I'll be calling!

This roofer was recommended to me by a colleague and I am so happy I called. Alex is one of the only contractors I have worked with that I am completely satisfied with from start to finish. I had a leaking patch on my roof around a vent pipe, Alex stopped by for the estimate, climbed onto the roof and inspected it. Unlike other roofers, he gave be both the estimate for a repair AND a complete roof replacement and didn’t pressure me to do a replacement. Ultimately I am happy I went with the replacement. There were other areas that needed to be repaired and he sent me pictures of those spots without me asking so I knew exactly what he was repairing and why. The roof looks incredible, the section of gutter they repaired is perfect, and now I have gutter guards so birds will not keep building nests right over my downspouts. The flashing around my vent pipe is done properly. The price was very reasonable. Clean-up was very thorough, they went over it with a magnet to collect nails. They were done with everything by early evening. I highly recommend this business for any roofing needs you have!
