Needed to remove and replace the roofing and tiles for a solar project at my house. A1 roofing came highly recommended to me and I can see why. They did a fantastic job and were very professional throughout the whole project. The workers always let me know when they were starting and finishing for the day and were very respectful throughout the whole process. Thank you for doing a fantastic job!

i hired a1-allAmerican roofing to replace my roof. during the removal process they failed to cover the open ceiling and drains and all the roofing material went inside the building and inside the built drain box and drains.After the first rain 3 months later my entire building flooded out. they came back and said that a handful of leaves clogged the drain although they neglected to cover the drains when they did the demolition which prevented the water from draining properly . They reluctantly agreed to file a claim with their insurance company

they suggested we snake out the drains because their plumbers are located in Palos Verdes and it was too far for them to travel to Hollywood although their offices are in Carson and plumbers travel all over the city for work.
there was very little supervision during the tear off process. When i requested that they stop so that they do not cause further damage. they did not want to stop until Ben Holm was available the next day
They repaired the gutters but neglected to take responsibility for anything else

After we paid for cleaning out the drains so everything could flow the roof was functional although they neglected to take any responsibility for the damage they caused
verbally they agreed to pay for remediation work and contacted Servpro but did not want to release the quote to us causing further damage to our building.
they charged us to raise the pitch of the roof to provide better drainage still the drains flooded out because they stopped up the drains with roofing material.
to date they have not provided any information to their insurance company in order to process the claim
Mr holm comments reflect the fact you can say anything on the internet the only issue is you don’t have to prove it then there is no value to the comments

Wow - was I blown away by Soroush of A-1 All American Roofing! As a Realtor, property inspectors are the lifeblood of our business. I had called a roofer I had been using for years to do an extremely important roof inspection for me but after several phone calls back and forth, they just couldn't get me on the schedule. Another agent told me he had just come from a property inspection and A-1 All American Roofing was there doing a roof inspection and the inspector seemed extremely knowledgeable. I called and requested an urgent inspection and Soroush came out the next morning. Not only that, but he texted the night before to confirm and then texted the morning of the inspection to confirm exactly what time he'd be there. And he was.
Instead of just glancing around the roof and going into the attic, he took a solid hour for his thorough inspection, then explained his findings to the buyers and me. The next day, I received the most detailed report with photos, explanations, etc. Best of all, he wrote in his report that after giving it more thought, he came up with a much less expensive fix for an area of the roof than he had originally thought. Who does that?! On top of that, he's incredibly nice, pleasant and polite. Will always call A-1 All American Roofing in the future. What a great experience.

I used this company for some roofing repairs and will always use them moving forward for any roofing issues. From start to finish everything was done beyond expectations with A-1 All American Roofing. They have excellent communication from front office staff, roofing specialists and technicians. They came and inspected my roof thoroughly, took pictures to show me areas of concern/damage that they wanted to repair. My roofing specialist, Soroush, was very friendly but also extremely knowledgable and professional. They came and repaired everything in a timely manner and communicated to me throughout the whole process. They also took pictures after the repairs and showed me the before and after on the work which is appreciated for something like your roof where it’s hard to see the work done on your own. They are a very professional and thorough roofing contractor and they would get my immediate recommendation to any friends looking for roofing repairs/replacement.

This was our second time using A-1 All American Roofing Co. Initially communication was slow due to work load and staffing. However, once the job was started communication was very good. At the tail end of this job they added staffing. I used them for another house immediately after this job was complete and everything went smoothly. Communication was greatly improved. I would use them again and would recommend them to friends and family.

I built a back yard Pergola for a friend and Hired A1 to match the roof tiles. Fast and easy. I’ve used a few roofers in the past and A1 had the best service and attention.

Nothing short of terrific. We had our terra cotta roof replaced. A-1 did it on time, within budget and the result is just terrific. Furthermore, they were great to work with, communicated well. Honestly a first-rate experience.

Super unprofessional. Refused to take phone calls, said he only texts. That would have been fine if he would just respond. Multiple messages went ignored, showed up 30 minutes early to my inspection, conducted the inspection and then FINALLY called me and wanted to leave before I had even arrived. Then when it came to scheduling the repairs identified during the inspection, more of the same. Ignored multiple messages and phone calls. Ended up going with someone else who was super responsive, completed the work very professionally, and was half the price of A-1. Happy to provide their contact info if anyone is looking for a roofing contractor.

A-1 might be good at what he does, but it was a really negative experience just trying to work with him. I've never had someone so actively resist me trying to pay them thousands of dollars.

All time worst company in the world. They gave me a quote, I had a couple of questions, but planned to move forward. For whatever reason they refused to answer my questions. I continued to pursue answers and after 1.5 YEARS I received the answers to 2 very simple questions. Satisfied with the answers, I signed and submitted their contract as they requested and they said they would give me a date to do the roof and they were never to be heard from again. Who does that? This is absolutely the most horrible business practices I have ever experienced. Everyone deserves fair treatment. Roofs are expensive. The least, the very least they can do after putting the effort in to provide a quote is answering questions. Not providing service with a signed contract is just plain wrong. They are a broken operation.

I have used Mark Keil with A1 All America roofing on several of my projects over the past 6 years and I have been extremely happy with all of their work. I definitely recommend them for all your roofing jobs. They do an excellent job every time.

Our roof was in desperate need of being resurfaced. Mark and his crew came in and scraped all of the old stones off and power washed it. Once down to the base they put down a fresh layer of tar and new stones. Excellent job!

Simply one of the worst companies i have ever ran into. They did our roof 10 years or so ago. No problems no issues. Now when we need to get it replaced all of sudden the work they did last time they some how magically cant replicate. The guy on the phone was extremely rude when i tried to get a detailed answer from him on why they were able to do it but now they cant. Extremely rude Extremely arrogant. I would never do business with this company anymore period and i suggest finding some one else if you are looking.
