I renovate homes for a living and this company does some of the best work I've ever seen! EVER and I have been in the business for 15 years. They are a boutique company that takes fewer clients and really gives you the time and detailed attention needed to do stellar work. This approach is rare these days. So many contractors in CA hire cheap laborers who don't have the skill. Not these guys. They did an entire rebuild of two of my homes and I am very happy.

My husband and I bought a fixer upper. We had no real idea of how much work really needed to be done when we purchased so we were disillusioned until we found A to Z Construction and Beyond. They were reliable, ethical, professional, and did superb work for us. We got quotes from 8 different contractors and A to Z was the only honest firm that didn’t gauge us in prices. The work they did is top notch! I appreciated they way they paid such close attention to details. They delivered on time and were so easy to work with. The remodel they did for us is far beyond our expectations. Our home is so beautiful now some days I just sit in it and pinch myself. I highly recommend them!

Really amazing team at A to Z Construction and Beyond. They answer the phone, they answered my questions, they consulted me on ways to save money on my project and delivered the project on time. I was really scared to hire a contractor - I was really surprised and relieved to feel I was in trusted hands and with an over communicative team.

Extremely poor, distasteful management. The man in charge continuously lied to our faces. For example, we had flooring done and a whole kitchen repair. At first, he would quote a price, but then when the receipt came, the price would be significantly higher for multiple jobs that we had done. Charged us for his OWN supplies such as a whole entire glue for the wooden floors that WE had to purchase on our own, and had the audacity to try to take the whole container of glue that we purchased with our own money because he said “it would only be good for a couple of weeks,” but wouldn’t reimburse us the difference. As for our flooring, it was a COMPLETE mess and headache. We paid for a different flooring that matched closely to our original, however the manager purchased with our money a completely different flooring than the one he showed us in his showing room. Once it arrived, we noticed it wasn’t what we ordered and tried to gaslight into thinking it was the one we ordered. It clearly didn’t even look like the flooring we had. WE HAD TO GO OUT AND BUY FLOORING ON OUR OWN IN A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT BUSINESS! Thankfully, it was basically identical to our original.

I do not recommend this place. The girls working in the office and the actual workers sent out are professional, however the man in charge is wishy washy. Something that originally was supposed to take 1 week……. took 4 MONTHS and that’s only because we were on them to fix it!

I do not recommend A to Z Construction. We had a poor experience, sub-par drywall-paint job and they misplaced window coverings and did not take responsibility for them. After weeks of asking what happened to window coverings they called after work was completed to state that they were left in the closet which was a fabricated narrative. A to Z did not take ownership of the fact that the demo crew got rid of the coverings. Please see attached photos for proof of poor paint work. My neighbor had the same poor experience and also had to have painters come in after A to Z to repaint.

They charged $500 to haul trash from our building and storages. With the help of a corrupt management company, Horizon, Torrance, the took our building tools and left trash and furniture intact. Than Horizon instructed our cleaning crew to dump the trash and discarded furniture in the recycling bin.
Few days ago we had a black out and needed ladders to manually open garage gate. Their theft of our tools made it impossible to open our gates.
