I was referred to A-Pro though my excellent realtor in the West Virginia pan handle area. I met with Johnathan who was promptly on site by 9am, and our 4 hour inspection journey began. This is my 3rd home and out of the previous inspectors I have personally used Johnathan by far was the most professional, most knowledgeable, and the most detailed. From my experience with using inspectors when buying and watching the buyers inspectors come to my home the majority of them are nothing but tire kickers who either glance over or completely miss real issues, some times very large ones. In this case we were given the entire picture of what currently is, and can possibly be an upcoming issue as well as how to remedy it. My inspection was at 9am on a Friday and I had a very detailed report along with pictures, recommendations and remedies by 9am the following morning. Two BIG THUMBS UP from me. I will recommend A-Pro and Johnathon to anyone in the VA, MD, WV area.

We joined Jonathan on the inspection and he was able to clearly address and answer all of our questions. The only down-side to the inspection from A-Pro is it was a bit pricey, however, you get what you pay for.

Stellar service! They took great care to inspect everything: on site for over 4 hours for our 3,000 sf home. He welcomed our questions and provided great insights and information. Our home purchase was not contingent on the inspection, but we still did it to be sure we knew everything about the home we were buying. So glad we did! His report was very thorough with descriptions and photo's for everything.

My inspection was completed by Johnathan. Very Timely and Through. Report was sent to me a day after the inspection was completed (on a Saturday). The report itself does a great job of breaking down the different elements of the inspection and why certain things were included. Extremely pleased with A Pro

Erik did our home inspection and he did an absolutely remarkable job. He spent over four hours on the site and left no stone unturned. We were present during the inspection and he took the time to explain everything to us. When there was an issue, he was able to explain it in a clear terms and give a good frame of reference, as well as possible courses of action. For example, the heat pump at the house was 21 years old. My gut reaction was that obviously, that needs to be replaced. He put it in perspective, saying that maintenance can allow these systems to function beyond their expected lifespan. He was able to point out that there was exterior damage to the heat pump, and that it was overtly off balance, and those were not positive indicators of good care. He said that we may be able to get by with some repair for a while, but we would need to weigh the increasing cost of repair against just replacing the system. Just very rational, level-headed advice, and I felt fully confident in his assessment of the property.

If you are looking to buy a house, hire this business because they will represent your best interest as a buyer. I cannot recommend this business highly enough!!

My home was inspected by Erik. This was my wife and I first home and I had no clue what to expect. Erik walked me through the entire home inspection and thoroughly explained everything to me. Gave me tips and pointers on what and how to fix things. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I received the report the next day (less than 24 hours from the inspection) and it was VERY detailed. You can tell they take time to make sure the job was done right and we are informed. I would HIGHLY recommend this company to ANYONE in the area looking for a home inspection! Thanks guys.

I had A-Pro perform a home inspection for a hosue I purcghased in the Winchester, VA area. I was very please with the services they provided especially the foundation level survey and the 500-point inspection. The report was outstanding too. It looked like a hardcover book.
