They went above and beyond on my whole-house remodel in Olympia, WA, creatively sourcing materials to stay within budget and providing guidance that kept my best interests at heart. The quality of their work is exceptional.

What a great experience it was working with Michael at 4th Dimension Construction! He was true to his word “through thick and thin” when there were obstacles to our deck project that were beyond our (or Michael’s) control. Michael came through and now we have a stunning wrap around deck on both floors of our home. Well constructed and competitively priced..We’d highly recommend him. He’s our “contractor for life” and we’re truly glad just to know him. He’s a top notch, good person!

Micheal and his crew were great. When needing a quote on my bathroom remodel they were more than happy to come and stop by. They didn’t mind my dogs either treating them as their own! They gave me a great quote and once agreed upon they started up work almost immediately! They had a great worth ethic along with moral. When my dogs got nosey to see what work was being done they couldn’t help but to laugh and show my dog “her new bathroom” jokingly stating it was all being done for her. The work they put in was unmatched and very effective/efficient. I would 10/10 recommend them to anyone needing a remodel and I will definitely be giving them a call when I need another remodel done to my home

Dave and Josh were the two main guys on our project they were both knowledgeable and professional. One thing I really appreciate about Dave is if I did have a concern he always made me feel heard and came up with a solution.
The sub contractors that 4D had working on our project were great. Specifically Pat the electrician/dry waller was great!
Through this process we needed to be very conscious of our budget I really appreciated how Michael was able to keep us on track with the systems he uses so we didn't blow the budget!

We started a remodeling process with Michael and we’re impressed with his timeliness, professionalism, and responsiveness.
Unfortunately, the current market has taken a turn for the worst and we have chosen to wait for some rebound before we reengage with him, hopefully within the next year or so.

Had to demo and rebuild a couple rooms after a flooding event. Very professional and on schedule. Pat, the lead on my project, was exceptional!! He communicated and coordinated every step of the way. Scheduled an estimate for a primary bath and bed remodel. I like that we received a Google calendar notification for it. On that day was asked to move to the following day by phone. OK, not that big of a deal. Received an updated calendar notification after confirming on the phone the new date and time. Never showed up, no call, no text, no email, no calendar cancellation. Who would give tens of thousands of dollars to a company that can't even show up for meetings they schedule. Wouldn't fly at my office.
