The guys here took really good care of us when dealing with the areas of our house that needed fixed the most- siding replacements due to water getting in and termites that long ago made a meal out of part of the house. They even took the time to redo the areas that had some work done previously and did it the correct way. Everything was done in a very professional manner and very pleased with the work. Will be using them again in future projects.

Had this company install Vinyl Plank Flooring in my home December 2023 the Installer I thought did a great job. However a couple issues developed in my flooring upstairs it developed huge gaps between planks. Also in the basement I was getting a red sticky substance coming up. They agreed to look at both issues. The upstairs they covered great and did a fine job.

The basement issues we never determined what was causing the red stuff but when they pulled the floor up the water barrier was dripping we with water. We couldn’t determine where it was coming from but those rooms with the vinyl plank flooring were the only ones affected.

Mike and I have the kind of personalities that tend to butt heads. We definitely did that. Mainly because of pricing. There was a change order that should have significantly changed the price and initially didn’t at all. Finally Mike gave me very little.

My take away is this right now: make sure the contract is detailed with what you want for a final outcome and a timeline is included. Remember this, change orders the contractor is in control.

From start to finish 4 Seasons made our new deck replacement project smooth and easy. They were knowledgeable and professional. I would not hesitate to have them back out for additional projects on our home. Thank you 4 Seasons!

We came in contact with 4 Seasons at the Home Show. Mike came out and listened to our concerns, desires and questions. He was very patient and paid attention. We had six windows replaced and due to water damage, some had to be reframed. We had new LVP flooring installed in five rooms. While replacing the flooring, water damage was discovered around the sliding glass door which required more framing and a new door. It took a while for the new door to come in and to be put back on the schedule, but the quality was much better than what we had previously. We also had our main bathroom gutted and made new. We love everything that was done, down to all the hooks I wanted in the bathroom. The crews kept things clean and were very courteous and listened to our concerns. Mike kept all the quotes and payments current. JT was very helpful in answering questions and overseeing the job. We have already referred family members to Mike and if we want more work done, we will be contacting Mike. Thank you to the crews at 4 Seasons.

We enjoyed working with 4 Seasons. The amount of back and forth to make sure everything was perfect on both ends was never an issue. The team was very flexible and professional with ensuring we were getting what we wanted. By the end of it the crew were essentially family. Our youngest daughter was calling Jeff Papa every time he came in and the dogs had high expectations for belly rubs.

The 4SeasonsMidwest team recently completed a covered deck at our home. The project started with the removal of an old deck. This was replaced with a composite deck and fully screened porch at main floor level located a top a sculpted concrete patio at basement level. Absolutely an AWESOME transformation on all counts! JT and Mike manage these projects backed with many years experience and it definitely shows. We really liked how well JT listened to our ideas and then was able to develop it into reality. They have a crew of craftsmen that really do phenomenal quality work (they do a meticulous clean-up every day before leaving).
It turned out just as we hoped it would and we love sitting out there and admiring their workmanship.
We would wholeheartedly recommend this company for any home remodeling projects!

My wife and I decided it was time to do a remodel of a small basement bathroom. We had several contractors come out and give us bids. As luck would have it, I saw a couple of young men at Lowe's wearing 4 Seasons Midwest T-shirts and asked them about the work they did. I ended up taking a photo of one of the shirts to get the phone number. Both were very polite. We later met Mike when we met for the initial discussion. We were immediately impressed by the clear presentation and really clever suggestions that none of the other contractors mentioned. Also, the costs appeared to be less than the others. Having a previous terrible experience with a remodel, we were hesitant and guarded throughout the process, but once things got going, the daily updates and fantastic communication set our minds at ease. They did not start until they had the required supplies, so we had zero down time waiting for something to come in. When we had concerns about anything, there was an explanation ready, and if required a solution was probably on its way. Each person on the team really knew the job at hand and there was an above and beyond approach to keeping the worksite clean and organized. The garage was used to store materials, and when the job was done, the garage was cleaner than when they started. The materials used were all well above "Contractor" grade, and "Nice touches" seemed to be an objective over "Just getting the job done". In the end, the price we paid was exactly as quoted with a small add-on as the only additional cost paid at the lowest end of the quoted possible price. These guys are as good as it gets. They followed up with professional photographs and trimmed the door to accommodate the thickness of a rug we had not yet purchased even though we had already paid. Your search is over. These are the guys you want to do the job. We have in the past had the worst, and most recently the best. Demo, concrete, plumbing, electrical, sheetrock, finished woodwork, tile all done to perfection. Thank you!

Other competitor's that claim to convert your bathroom in 1 day is not doing the full job needed to do it right. Another satisfied customer... 4 Seasons Midwest replaced 12 windows in my 100 year old farmhouse, and I could not be more pleased. We have everything from a triple-pane, 5' x 6' picture window, to roll-out windows, to a frosted privacy pane in a shower and a pile of double-hung casement windows. Everything is better than perfect! The ProVia windows are full-featured windows that look and feel amazing. The install crew are CRAFTSMEN! Armando, Robert and Chris (I think) were professional, punctual and very respectful of our personal space and schedules. These guys did such an amazing job with the install, we had them re-trim and install sills on four existing windows that were only 4 years old. Mike charged EXACTLY what we were quoted...no funny business or unanswered questions. Other reviews have pointed out that these guys are detail-oriented. I second that...they are perfectionists. We are so pleased with the work 4 Seasons Midwest has done, and I'm sure we'll be calling them again on upcoming projects.

I would highly recommend 4 Seasons Midwest for your remodel needs. I had 12 windows replaced, all of which were likely the original frames from when the house was built in 1920. I went from single pane drafty windows to double pane energy efficient windows. I’ve had them all in for about 3 days now. My house doesn’t feel drafty, my furnace is running less, and I’ve noticed a reduction of the street noise I used to hear.

During the original estimate and drawing of the contact, the window type and options were explained thoroughly. I was visited 2 other times for measurements in order to ensure I received the proper size. The installation process was fast. All 12 windows were replaced in about a day and a half. The final finish work (wrapping, frame build out, and rebuilding some rotted spots) took a little more time. In all, project start to finish was about 3.5 days. My only regret is that I didn’t take before/after pics of the project.

I would definitely consider 4 Seasons Midwest for any future remodel opportunities.

Yes they do quality work, but beware. They will give you a “special discount”, but only if you sign up right then. Whatever day it is, the day after that the discount will be over! And they take FOREVER to finish. Took over two WEEKS and they said two DAYS. And when it’s all done they make you sign an agreement saying you will give a 5 star review. Update: I was definitely a customer of theirs no matter what they claim. The reason they can’t identify me is because I DONT WANT THEM TO since they made me sign the paper saying i would do a 5 star review, and this obviously isn’t one.

Recently had 17 windows and a sliding patio door installed.
To say we're happy is an understatement. Mike and the guys did great work, making extra sure that our windows will last a lifetime. Speaking of lifetime, the windows have a lifetime warranty. Period. No asterisks or fine print. Which is astounding.
They're beautiful, functional and energy efficient. Easy operation and we can already tell it's making a difference on our energy usage.
They treat you like family. Very open, honest communication and they catered to us at a difficult time in our lives.
I can't recommend them, or thank them enough.

4 Seasons Midwest recently replaced 17 windows in my home and literally rebuilt a large bay window unit from the ground up. This included foundation, structural support, constructing, siding, sheet-rocking, and roofing the new unit.
Everyone I dealt with was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Everything looks great, really updated the appearance and value of my home. The workmanship is impeccable and I am already seeing a savings in my electric/gas usage. I definitely would recommend this company to anyone needing home repair or remodeling!

We had two bathrooms that were completely gutted. Everything was new from floor to ceiling. The project was done in a timely manner. The completed result exceeded our expectations in every detail. The project cost less than the other bids we received and covered everything, we did not have to do anything on our own to “complete “ the job.

We have done many home remodel projects so we were looking for a contractor that not only did quality work work but had quality service. The work 4 Seasons Midwest did was high quality and it wasn’t a headache for us to go through! No surprise costs, work was done quickly, and attention to detail was great. After the job, I looked very closely for things to “nit pick” and couldn’t find anything. Any home remodel work can be a headache, but 4 Seasons Midwest really makes an effort to make the process as painless as possible while still providing quality work. We needed a bathroom remodel to improve wheelchair accessibility. 4 Seasons Midwest found a way to improve access to the toilet, and made it beautiful.

Saw them at the Wichita home show and was excited to have them come out and give us an estimate on a bathroom remodel. Was prompt about coming out and taking measurements, was told would have an estimate with in a week....not so. I had to reach out to them 3 weeks after initial visit, was told that JT would get ahold of me. JT did and said he had dropped the ball on getting my estimate to me and would have something to me promptly, this was on March 17th. Fast forward to April 7th, I called to see what was going on, left a message. April 8th got a call from JT saying that he was not going to be able to help us out because of his installer wouldn’t be able to do it and he didn’t have time to do all it himself. Not sure what happened really, or what the problem really is, but kinda glad we didn’t go with them!! There are others out there that want our business. Sorry I can’t recommend them for business.

We wanted to rebuild and extend our back deck, so we requested quotes from several companies, and ultimately decided on 4 Seasons Midwest because of their promptness and their detailed quote and plans. JT, Randy, and Robert were the crew on our deck, and all 3 of them were polite, professional, and knowledgeable. They showed up before I left for work, and were still there when I arrived home, and we saw tremendous progress daily. They were considerate about our schedule, and unless we approached them, they worked like we weren't even there, despite my 2 small children staring at them all day. There were several times that they paused for our input or opinion, some completely just aesthetic decisions, and I appreciated them giving me a choice, rather than making those small decisions themselves. Because of these instances, I feel like our new wrap-around deck is exactly what we envisioned and wanted. We are extremely pleased with the craftsmanship and attention to detail that went into our new deck, and wouldn't hesitate to hire 4 Seasons Midwest again. We recommend them any opportunity we get.

The team repaired out deck. The finished product is beautiful. And the attention to detail was exemplary. Even after we thought the job was done, they came back out to put on a last board, tighten screws, and make sure everything was done to their level of quality. From the initial inquiry for windows to the meeting with J.T., to the installation of the project, the 4 Seasons Midwest has been nothing but professional. During the first meeting I learned more about windows than I knew to ask. When I casually mentioned that I was weighing my decision about windows or doing a bathroom remodel for my wife J.T. said they could do either or both the decision was mine. Needless to say I was very surprised and was given a verbal estimate for the remodel as well. The longest part of the project was waiting for the windows to be built but when they came in and we were put on the schedule, the install crew came in ready to work and the project was finished faster than my wife or I could have imagined. If you are shopping for windows or need a bathroom over haul I whole heartily recommend giving 4 Seasons Midwest a call.

Their prices are very good. The windows are amazing quality. Instillation crew are very quick and respectful.Leaving no mess behind at all. I can sleep at night in peace knowing I made the right choice by choosing this company.

Our bathroom project started with JT coming to our home to explore options and develop a game plan. As the project progressed he communicated adjustments when needed in a clear and personable manner, without pressuring us on the decision. Our bathrooms turned out exactly as we had hoped and we couldn't be happier with the process and with the result. Shortly after completion we noticed some water damage from a defective part. JT went out of his way to replace the part and repair the damage with out hesitation. 4 Seasons Midwest will be our first call on our next project!

From the start of the project to the very end, everyone was very nice. They did a great job, and they installed 2 large windows, in less than a day. If I have more windows to replace I would call them again.
