I had a truly horrid experience with 3-D Hoovers Services. They scheduled an appointment, failed to show up, and didn’t bother to communicate why. The unprofessionalism displayed is astounding. As a military officer, I had to move heaven and earth to leave work early so I could be there for our agreed appointment time. I waited hours for their arrival, only for them to not show up and never call me to tell me why. I was completely left in the dark and ignored. If you’re looking for a plumbing service that respects your time and values its customers, look elsewhere. This company clearly has no regard for professionalism or basic customer service. Save yourself the anguish.

Very unprofessional people with this company and they will lie to your home warranty company to keep from fixing anything. I saw all the trash reviews but I had no choice since my home warranty insurance has them as contractors. I assume they don’t read reviews before hiring a contractor to represent them.

I wish I could give them 0 stars instead of 1. They did absolutely horrible work on my HVAC system. Multiple code violations on their work. I had to hire another company to fix 3D Hoover's errors because 3D Hoover refused to come out and fix their mess.

If your home warranty company sends them over, don't let them in the door!

Never let them stand foot in your home. What others are saying about them having water coming out from your roof is true. They will drill holes in your walls bigger than your foot. They will make your lights worse than they were. They will do anything to make your situation worse and more. I'm positive you didn't have them come but your home insurance company did, and you should stop and switch insurance company's especially if your have ahs. Trust me.

I CANNOT EMPHASIZE ANY STRONGER TO NEVER LET ANYONE REPRESENTING THIS COMPANY INSIDE YOUR HOME. I'm sure your home warranty company has arranged for them to do the work. This company left my house with water pouring through my ceiling and acted like it was normal. I contacted the owner and he denied any wrong doing stating there was a previously damaged drip pan. They broke the drip pan during the repair I found the piece they broke under the service guys knee. They still denied it and left my home with water pouring through my ceiling. I had to file a claim against their GL and I had to find that information on my own. The owner continued to lie to his insurance company and they denied the claim until I provided video evidence to the insurance company proving he was lying the whole time. This was 3 years ago. I just learned that he did the exact same thing to a neighbors house and ruined the ceilings in 2 rooms. Again he denies fault and won't provide his GL policy information, good thing i still had it! DO NOT LET YOUR HOME WARRANTY COMPANY SEND THESE PEOPLE TO YOUR HOME. NOTHING WILL BE REPAIRED WITHIN CODE AND THEY WILL CAUSE DAMAGE!

They didn’t even attempt to repair the issue just gave me the wrong diagnosis and reported it to the warranty company and it was the wrong diagnosis so they got paid to do nothing and also I had to repair the cost of the issue which in turn was not what they diagnosed so the warranty company wouldn’t pay for repairs bc of the wrong diagnosis! Talk about getting a raw deal twice! I would not recommend this company to anyone bc they’re lazy and didn’t want to actually do what they got paid to do! Very unhappy customer! So now I’m looking for a new home warranty company as well!
