Very thorough inspection. The report is extremely detailed and was available the evening after my inspection was completed. The layout of the report is friendly and easy to reference. The details not only identified the deficiencies, but also provided numerous amounts of informational things about the home. Pictures were clearly organized and included arrows and graphics so you had an idea of what you were looking at. Would recommend Logan to anyone in need of an inspection.

I booked 360 home inspections for my new construction purchase in Chesterfield. Logan was prompt, professional, friendly, and most importantly he was very thorough. He took the time to walk through the final summary with me and answered any questions that arose as a result. Todd was very thorough during the inspection and gave insights into what items would need to be prioritized, gave good contacts for various local tradesman, and was very professional and friendly. We ordered additional mold tests that a lab held up. Todd stayed on it and got it to us the second it came in. On top of all this, the company provided an online dashboard with every inspection item categorized and classified, along with pictures and notes. If we ever get another property I would use 360 again.

Update:
We used 360 again for another purchase we're closing on. Todd gave another 5 star service. The report even came back right away on a Saturday! We'll definitely change those cabinet colors lol.
